Our menu changes with the seasons so we can serve the freshest possible produce at its peak.

WE PARTNER WITH THE RIGHT PRODUCERS

We value responsible suppliers and operators. We choose local farms, cottage industries and family oriented businesses for our products.

WE THINK BEYOND THE FOOD

Sustainability doesn't stop with our menu. Our kitchen equipment is high quality and energy efficient. Our takeout and delivery containers are compostable.

WE MANAGE OUR WASTE

We look for every opportunity to reduce general waste headed for the landfill. We compost our food waste, recycle glass and cardboard and return packaging to our suppliers to be reused.

​

OUR STAFF ARE PASSIONATE

We conduct staff training about the ingredients we use and where they come from. We take our staff to local farms so they can learn about the products they are working with.

​

WE GIVE BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY

We donate leftover baked goods to the Chestermere Regional Food Bank and School Breakfast Programs.
